Psychometric Assessments

Psychometric assessments are validated tools that aid the facilitation of awareness of psychological functions that can include ability, aptitude and personality assessments and are characterized by standardized methods of administration and scoring.

The shaping change programmes utilize a variety of self-report personality questionnaires that are assessments of typical performance that aim to measure personality characteristics, preferences or behavior as an aid to developmental insight.

The foundations underlying personality questionnaires are generally based on trait or type theories that identify independent characteristics of common behavior that all people display but to differing degrees or group traits together into personality types. Participants complete an online questionnaire and receive an individual report profiling their personality traits or type with facilitated feedback.
