The California Psychological Inventory® (CPI 260) is an in-depth personality assessment measuring personal and professional characteristics, motivations and thinking styles, self-management and dealing with others along with preferences, attitudes and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership.
 
The CPI 260 Client Feedback Report profiles the individual’s lifestyle and level of satisfaction as an Implementer, Supporter, Innovator or Visualizer and measures their characteristics on twenty six scales organized in the following categories:
  • Dealing with others
  • Self-management
  • Motivations and thinking style
  • Personal characteristics
  • Work-related measures
The CPI 260 Coaching Report for Leaders provides results on eighteen leadership characteristics with a snapshot portrait containing an overview of strengths and areas for development on the leadership characteristics categorized into five core performance areas:
  • Self-management
  • Organizational capabilities
  • Teambuilding and teamwork
  • Problem solving
  • Sustaining the vision
